Step 3: HealMyGut
Add these starting week 3 for 30 days and continue until finished:
Gut Cleanse Box* – 1 packet of pills with breakfast, and a second packet with dinner.
Probiotics – 1 capsule at bedtime.
Soothe protein powder – 1 scoop daily to create a breakfast smoothie.
Strengthen L-Glutamine powder – 1 scoop in your breakfast smoothie daily (or mixed in 4oz of water).
Step 4: Whole Life Detox
Add these starting week 6:
Days 1-4 and 11-14
Liver Support Protein Powder: 2 scoops daily to create your breakfast smoothie
