How do I know which program is right for me?

Anyone who suffers from arthritis will benefit from this program. Treating inflammation in your body will reduce the pain in your joints — regardless of what kind of arthritis you have. If you want to feel better or reduce your need for medication and have been struggling to find a program that works, is easy to follow, and that offers a lot of support, then this program is for you.

Do I need to do a special diet while doing the program?

Yes, we strongly recommend following the anti-arthritis food plan that is outlined in Healing Arthritis and the Simply Arthritis Group Coaching Program Guidebook. Not only will it help to relieve pain quickly, it will help you determine which foods are triggering your symptoms. And here is the most important part: the food you eat has the greatest influence on your gut health, and since healing the gut is central to healing your joints, changing your diet must be part of the program. But don’t worry, we make this very easy!

I am very busy and worried about how much time changing my diet will require.

Showing up for your coaching calls and changing the way you eat requires planning. We will make recommendations on stocking your pantry, refrigerator, and freezer with anti-arthritis foods.
This makeover will allow for easy assembly of healthy meals and snacks in a short period of time. Following the Simply Arthritis food plan does not require much time to cook, but it does require planning as you get accustomed to the changes.

What if my symptoms get worse when I start the program?

Our program guide discusses what to do if you experience side effects, but keep in mind that these are usually minimal and pass in a few days. Also, you have your coach at your fingertips to guide you through any bumps in the road.

Do I have to take supplements for this program to work for me?

We recommend the anti-arthritis and gut-healing supplements that Dr. Blum outlines in her book because they will increase the healing power of the program, however, it is possible to use only the food plans and Learn to Relax exercises and be on your way to healing your arthritis. If you are interested in supplements but are concerned about the cost, we can recommend the most pertinent and you can get them separately.

What do I do after the program If i still have questions?I

That’s easy! You can contact your coach at any time or send us an email at

Can I do this program if I am pregnant?

The short answer is, yes, you can follow the food plan and practice the Learn to Relax exercises — in fact those would be good for you! However, we do not recommend the supplements until after you have finished nursing. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at

Once I choose my coaching time slot can I change it if my schedule changes?

We all have busy schedules and we will do what we can to accommodate you. Usually, that is as easy as giving your coach 48 hours notice to set you up in a different call.
