Usage
Multivitamin with Antioxidants:
Take two per day with food or as directed in your program guide.
Omega 3 Fatty Acids:
Take two per day with food or as directed in your program guide.
Vitamin D3 5000:
Take one per day or as directed in your program guide.
Vitamin C:
Take one per day or as directed in your program guide.
Zinc:
