Key Ingredients

In addition to our core product, the Gut Cleanse Box, the supplements include:

Usage

Soothe – Add 2 scoops of powder to your favorite smoothie recipe or simply mix with water. Enjoy as a breakfast substitute or as an easy snack.

Gut Cleanse Packets –  One packet 10-30 minutes before breakfast and another
packet again before dinner.

Probiotics – Take 1 capsules daily with or without food. After your Gut Cleanse, we recommend you take probiotics for at least six months to restore the healthy flora in your gut.

Can I do the program if I am pregnant?

No, you should not do this program if you are pregnant or nursing.

Is this gut treatment program good for me if I have irritable bowel syndrome?

This program is used with great success for people with all kinds of gut symptoms including reflux, gas and bloating, constipation, diarrhea. However, if you have severe symptoms or this has been going on for many years, you may want to consider doing the 30 Day HealMyGut Program. Take the assessment quiz to determine which program is right for you.

I am very busy and I’m worried about how much time changing my diet will require. Do I have to cook all my food from scratch?

Changing your food plan requires planning, so you will need to restock your pantry, refrigerator, and freezer to have the food that is “allowed” available to you. This makeover will allow for easy assembly of healthy meals and snacks in a short period of time; unprocessed food does not require much time to cook but it does require planning. We suggest that you take time on Sundays, or one day during the week to plan out your week so you know exactly what you will be eating and when. Planning this way will help to keep you on track and prevent you from wandering off the food plan.

Do I need to do a special diet while doing the program or can I just take all the supplements?

Yes, we strongly recommend following the elimination diet that is outlined in the HealMyGut Program Guide Book, because this will help you determine if there are foods that are triggering your symptoms. Following the food plan and taking the Gut Cleanse supplements at the same time is the surest way to feel better and to identify foods that you should continue to avoid so that you feel better long after the program is over.

How long do I need to stay on this program?

While the 10 Day HealMyGut Program is for 10 Days, depending on your particular situation, you might want to continue longer, and the Program Guide Book explains all options.

How long can I stay on the protein powder after the program?

As long as you like. It is filled with gut-healing nutrients and is a great meal replacement for breakfast or an afternoon snack.

What do I do after the program If i still have symptoms?

After the 10-Day Program, if you still have symptoms, we recommend moving onto the 30-Day Program. You probably need longer treatment with the Gut Cleanse herbs. Make sure you are following the food plan 100% as well, because food can also be the culprit.

I don't want to drink the protein powder. Can I do this program without drinking the shakes?

Yes, you can do the program without drinking the shakes. However, keep in mind that the shake is like a booster, adding extra healing nutrients to treat leaky gut, which is why we include it in the program. If you really don’t want to drink it, you might consider using our Strengthen powder, 1 tsp/day mixed in water, for added glutamine to heal the intestinal lining.

If I feel really good on the elimination diet, do I have to reintroduce the gluten, dairy, soy, corn or eggs at the end of the program?

This is a common question because many times people feel so much better after removing these foods from their diets, and then they don’t want to change a thing! And you don’t have to. You are welcome to stay on this food program as long as you like, but please be mindful of any symptoms that you experience if/when you DO reintroduce one or more of the eliminated foods again.

Can my child do the Program?

We do not recommend this program for young children. If you have a child that is over 14 years old who is fully grown, then they should be just fine to take the supplements.

Can I do this program if i am on medication?

Do not take these supplements if you are also taking antibiotics at the same time.
