Yes! This program is perfect for you. You will learn how to use food as medicine, what supplements are appropriate for boosting your immunity, and what lifestyle factors are the most relevant in order to protect your immune system from enemy invaders.

I've participated in Dr. Blum's Immune Recovery Challenge, how does this program differ?

Welcome back! The big takeaway: This program will expand on the work you’ve already done to include information about protecting yourself from viruses, and improving immune function. However, while there will be new information, keep in mind that we will again be following the 4-Step Program, including how to improve gut health and lower toxins (and why they matter), and we believe it will be good for you to do this again especially if you have an autoimmune condition.  Most everyone Dr Blum treats in her office needs an annual re-boot to keep the immune system on the right track.

I'm very overweight, and concerned that I'm at high risk for COVID-19. Will this program help me lose weight?

The vast majority of people who wish to lose weight on this program, will lose weight, even though it is not a weight loss program. Eating an immune-boosting anti-inflammatory food plan, combined with reducing your inflammation and toxic load typically jumpstarts weight loss. We also offer additional strategies to help you with this goal, if desired.

Do I have to purchase supplements in order to join this program?

No, we have designed this program to make supplements optional, and instead to help you focus on lifestyle change for reaching your goals.  However, while not required, we do recommend using supplements during the program in a strategic way, such as repairing the gut microbiome, or reducing toxin load.  We will offer recommendations at each stage of the program that are specific to these goals, and you will have the option whether and where to purchase them.  And if you aren’t sure, we will help you figure it out!

Can I do this program if I live internationally?

Absolutely! We encourage you to join as we generally have an international crowd for our online coaching programs.

What if I miss a session?

Not to worry, we’ve got you covered! All classes with Dr. Blum and all coaching calls with Melissa Rapoport will be recorded and sent to you the very next day.

How long do I have access to the materials?

The materials, including all videos, are yours to keep and the private Facebook group will remain open.

Can I do this program if I’m pregnant or nursing?

Yes, however we do not recommend taking supplements without the guidance of your doctor or midwife.
