This breakthrough 3-session program lead by our Health Coach, Melissa Rapoport, is custom-designed for women who want to reclaim their bodies, feel better than they have in years and put the spring back in their step.

Then Reclaim your Body, Love your Life: A Woman’s Group For Lasting Change is for you! Each Live Video Session kicks off with a woman-centered meeting limited to 12 participants and features a nutritional/weight loss component paired with a lifestyle component. The sessions are focused and interconnected, designed to break down the barriers to your success. Feel better, look better, find your voice, create inner peace, and boost your fulfillment in your career, at home, and your relationships — we will work together to define your goals and actively engage in reaping them.

Your Foundation and Goals — defining your goals, understanding your current condition, identifying past challenges, seeing your bigger picture, getting out of your own way

Your Health — evaluating your current eating habits, understanding food triggers, learning to understand the “why’s” of cravings, exploring the relationship between food and mood, implementing step-by-step changes

Your Lifestyle — exploring all the components that lead to a healthy lifestyle, assessing your levels of fulfillments in these areas, reducing stress/anxiety, influencing better sleep, being active

Your Power Within — setting boundaries, creating self-health rituals, creating positivity, building self-esteem, increasing confidence, improving communication with yourself and others, finding your voice

Your Life Planning — exploring your vision and life purpose, creating healthy relationships, creating a peaceful home environment, finding fulfillment in your career, taking consistent action, influencing your prosperity.

Meet Melissa

Health Coach Melissa Rapoport

Melissa Rapoport is our resident Health Coach and Lifestyle Change-Maker. What makes Melissa different? She combines her graduate work in Developmental Psychology with her education in health and coaching to create programs that result in lifetime change. She overcame her own health struggles with emotional eating and a toxic pressure-filled lifestyle, and now works with people around the world who want to say “No” to temporary fixes, and say “Yes” to a healthy and happy body, inside and out.
