Melissa Rapoport, MA, CFMHC is the Director of Health Coaching and Lifestyle Programming at Blum Center for Health and in Rye Brook, NY and online at BlumHealthMD.com. She combines her graduate work in Developmental Psychology with her education in nutrition, health and coaching to create highly individualized programs that result in lifetime change.
Sara Santora, RYT 500 is a yoga and meditation teacher with over 12 years of teaching experience. She is a Chromatic Yoga Leader and has completed the Advanced Training Program with the Center for Mind-Body Medicine.
Once you sign up for the group, you will meet briefly with Melissa or Sara prior to the first session to discuss expectations and answer any questions. Group is limited to 10 participants.
