Each Live Video Session kicks off with a woman-centered meeting limited to 12 participants and features a nutritional/weight loss component paired with a lifestyle component. The sessions are focused and interconnected, designed to break down the barriers to your success. Feel better, look better, find your voice, create inner peace, and boost your fulfillment in your career, at home, and your relationships — we will work together to define your goals and actively engage in reaping them.
